Purchase our products for delivery via download, review them for 48 hours, and if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’ll cancel your purchase without ever charging your credit card. The downloaded files will be yours to keep.

Just email us, include your order number and tell us why you are not happy with the product and we’ll do the rest.

Hardcopy Products and CD’s must be returned with a note requesting a refund and specifying the order number. Immediately upon receipt of all materials, a credit will be issued less shipping and handling costs.

Telling us why you are not happy is a key element in our ongoing improvement process and we sincerely appreciate your input.
