SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICY

All Shipping and Handling Costs assoiated delivering with both downloads and hardcopy products are included in the purchase price. Costs associated with returning hardcopy products is the buyer’s responsibility.

Purchase our products for delivery via download, and if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’ll cancel your purchase and issue a credit to your credit card. The downloaded files will be yours to keep.

Just email us, include your order number and tell us why you are not happy with the product and we’ll do the rest.

Hardcopy Products and CD’s must be returned with a note requesting a refund and specifying the order number. Immediately upon receipt of all materials, a credit will be issued less shipping and handling costs.

Telling us why you are not happy is a key element in our ongoing improvement process and we sincerely appreciate your input.
